How we use your details when you sign up for our emails. Last updated 19 October 2026.
Who we are
Temprd Leadership sends these emails and decides how your details are used, so under the GDPR we are the controller of your data.
Temprd Leadership is a trading name of Telmo Joao Macieira Pires da Palma Carlos, Leadership Development Specialist. If you have any questions about your data, email info@temprdleadership.com.
This notice covers the sign-up form on the Get our emails page and the emails that follow. Signing up for a webinar or a conversation is covered by the webinar privacy notice and the enquiry privacy notice.
What we collect and why

The box is never ticked for you, and you don't have to sign up to use this website or join a webinar. We never sell your details, and we never share them with your employer.
Who sees your details
Only the Temprd Leadership team. We also use these services, and they handle your details only on our instructions:

We don't use AI to profile you or to make decisions about you from your sign-up details.
How long we keep it, and your rights

| Record of your sign-up and of your unsubscribe | 2 years after you unsubscribe, so we can show you agreed and never email you again by mistake |
You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or on the unsubscribe page. Withdrawing doesn't affect emails we sent before.
You can also ask to see, correct or delete your details, or to take a copy of them. Email info@temprdleadership.com and we'll reply within one month.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie, or to the data protection authority where you live.
We'll post any changes to this notice on this page, with the date they were made.
