You know the frameworks. The pressure is in the decision.
Many leaders know what good leadership looks like and still find it difficult in the moment it matters. Temprd Leadership Development works on how you think, not only on what you know.
So you practise on real decisions, a little at a time, until what felt difficult starts to feel steadier.
Two-week practices, built around your work
Start where you are
A short, private questionnaire about your role, the pressures you carry and what you want to work on.
A practice on a real decision
Each practice is built around something you are facing now: a board update, a difficult conversation, a hiring call. From 15 minutes, three or four times a week, with a short morning practice and a few lines in a journal on practice days.
Your coach between practices
Two emails to your coach during each two-week practice, each with a couple of questions. You can also book a one-to-one call with a coach at any point.
Reflect and move on
At the end of each practice you fill in a short form and see how you did against your own objectives. Then you extend the practice or start the next one.
What you receive
These examples are for a fictional leader, Sarah. Your own programme is built from your words and stays private to you.
Your coaching at a glance
Topic: Letting my team solve day-to-day problems without me stepping in
Objectives
- Letting the team solve problems
- Setting priorities clearly
Six months, two weeks at a time, from agreeing the topic to the completion report.
Your next two weeks
Focus practice: One question first, a minute in real conversations, 3 to 4 times a week
Morning practice: Five steady breaths, 3 to 4 mornings a week
Week 1 is lighter and week 2 goes deeper. A short reflection follows.
Grow together, each on your own work
Two or more leaders from one company, usually arranged by HR, L&D or the head of the team.
Your own programme
Each leader follows their own private programme, built on their own real situation at work.
A team call every two practices
The group meets for 90 minutes with a certified coach after every two practices, to share what is working.
Paid by your company
The Group programme runs for 6, 9 or 12 months. See the Group programme.
A certified coach reviews every practice
Nothing reaches you without a coach's review. Your coach reads how each practice went and shapes the next one. AI helps prepare your practices in the background, and it never replaces the coach.
Coaches are certified by Integral Coaching Canada and supervised every month by an independent coach supervisor. Meet Telmo Carlos, our coach supervisor.

What you write stays yours
You only stretch when you know your reflections are safe. More on privacy in the FAQ.
Your reflections are private
Your employer never sees your starting questionnaire, practices, journal, reflections, survey answers or anything you tell your coach.
If your employer pays
They agree the objectives with you, in plain workplace language, and receive a final report on your progress. You read and approve the final report before your company receives it. You are told in writing, before you start, exactly what your employer can and cannot see.
If you pay yourself
If you pay for yourself, there is no employer report at all. Your programme is between you and your coach.
Team calls
Team calls aren't recorded, everyone is asked to keep what is said to themselves, and the employer sees nothing from them.
You set the pace
You can extend a practice, and you can always dial a practice back.
Care when you need it
Your coach watches for leaders who are struggling. A call a coach asks for out of concern is free.
This is a good fit if you
You lead a team
A team or a function, day to day, and you want more steadiness in the decisions in front of you.
You learn on real work
You prefer practice on your own decisions to days away from the job.
You want a coach
A certified coach beside you, not a course or an app on its own.
You have the time
From 15 minutes, three or four times a week. The more you practise, the more you grow.
Programmes run for 6, 9 or 12 months, or pay as you go, two practices at a time. See all packages.
