How it works

Your work is the practice.

A certified coach reviews every one. Each practice runs for two weeks on a decision already on your desk, and each one leaves you a little steadier than the last.

Step by step

From intake to your next practice

  1. Tell us where you are

A short intake about your role and the calls you find hardest. Before you start, you'll see in writing what information your employer can and cannot see.

  2. Your programme, reviewed

Your programme sets out how you lead today, how you want to lead, and your coaching objectives. A certified coach reviews it before you see it.

  3. Two weeks, one decision

Each practice takes 15 to 30 minutes, three or four times a week. Week one is lighter. Week two goes deeper.

  4. Reflect and review

At the end of each practice you fill in a short form. Your coach reads it and checks your progress against your objectives.

  5. Extend or move on

You extend the practice or start a new one. You set the pace, and you can always step back from a stretch.

One cycle

Practice, then reflection, then the next practice

Tempering is heating and cooling, repeated. The practice on real work is the heat. Reflection and your coach's review are the cooling. Each two-week practice is one cycle.

Behind the scenes

Where AI helps, and where your coach decides

Your coach decides

A certified coach reviews your programme and every practice before it reaches you, and reads every end-of-practice form. Every reviewing coach is certified by Integral Coaching Canada.

AI helps prepare

An AI drafts your programme and each practice from your intake and your forms. It never decides anything about you on its own.

Between reviews

Email a certified coach about your practice, up to two emails a week. Ask a question, share how a conversation went, or check you're on track. If you're struggling, your coach offers a free call.

A coach when you want one

Book a one-to-one call or join a team call with a coach at any point in your programme.

Bring one real decision you're facing.
