I help leaders stay steady under pressure and flexible when it matters. Since 2012 I have worked as a leadership development consultant in the UK and Ireland, building senior leaders' capacity to deal with complexity, ambiguity and change.
I trained with Integral Coaching Canada and served on the boards of the European Consortium of Integral Coaches and ICF Ireland. I have also spent two decades in software, including leading delivery teams, so I know the pressure of real deadlines from the inside.
