For the decisions only you can make
One-to-one executive coaching for directors, heads of function and the C‑suite. At senior level the decisions get bigger and the people you can think them through with get fewer. You get an independent, certified coach, one hour every two weeks, and a way to practise on the real decisions in front of you between sessions. Your company pays. What you discuss stays between you and your coach.
Someone to think it through with
Meet Telmo Carlos, our coach supervisor, who matches each leader with the right coach.
Built on your real work
Between sessions you practise on the decisions, conversations and meetings already in your diary, then bring what happened back to your coach.
Outside the hierarchy
Your coach has no stake in your organisation's politics and will tell you what others may not: how you come across, and which assumptions are worth testing.
Time to think
One hour every two weeks, online, at times that fit your diary. Short practice in between, from 15 minutes, three or four times a week.
How it works
- One-to-one, online, with a certified coach.
- A 2-hour opening session on you and the situation you want to work on, then 2 hours to take you through the plan built for you.
- One hour every two weeks, with a short practice on a real decision in between.
- No questionnaires or paperwork, except one short feedback form.
- A start meeting and a closing meeting with you, your coach and your sponsor.
- A final report that you see and approve before anyone else does.
- Six, nine or twelve months, ending with a 1-hour closing session.

Two levels of contact
Executive one-to-one programme
For directors and heads of function. For the step from running a function to shaping the business: a bigger remit, a seat at the executive table, a new P&L, or the first six months in a new role. Two emails a week to your coach between sessions.

For CEOs and the C‑suite. For the calls only you can make, with the board, investors and your own team all watching, and little time to think. Everything above, plus up to five emails a week, each answered within one working day, and a 15-minute phone call with your coach every week.
See the detailsSix months with a newly appointed COO
Made up to show the shape of the work. No real person or company.
Opening session, 2 hours
The new Chief Operating Officer has three months to bring a restructure to the board, and a peer on the executive team who disagrees with it. They choose one thing to work on: holding a clear position while staying open to challenge.
Start meeting with the sponsor
The COO, the coach and the CEO agree what success looks like for the company: a plan the board can test, and an executive team that stays together through it. The meetings cover only those goals and the progress the COO chooses to share.
The plan, 2 hours
The coach takes the COO through a plan built for them: the practices for the first months, and what to notice along the way.
Every two weeks
A one-hour session on what is coming up, then a short practice on a real decision: preparing the board update, the conversation with the peer who disagrees, saying plainly what is not yet decided. In between, a few lines by email when something comes up and, on Executive Premium, a 15-minute call each week.
Closing meeting and final report
Progress on the agreed goals. The COO reads and approves the report before the CEO receives it. Everything else stays private.
Closing session, 1 hour
What has changed, and how to keep practising without a coach.
What stays private, and what is shared
The content of your sessions, emails and calls stays between you and your coach. More on privacy in the FAQ.
Your sessions
What you say, your own goals and anything about your health stay with your coach, who keeps short private notes. AI helps your coach prepare from those notes, in the background. Your coach never discusses you with your sponsor when you are not there.
Your sponsor
Joins two meetings: one at the start to agree what success looks like for the company, and one at the end to review progress. The start and closing meetings cover only the goals agreed with your company and the progress you choose to share. A concern they raise in between comes to you first.
The final report
Covers progress on the goals agreed with your sponsor. You read and approve the final report before your company receives it. You are told in writing, before you start, exactly what your employer can and cannot see.
Arranging coaching for a colleague?
You agree the goals with your colleague and their coach at a start meeting, and review progress together at the end. You will not hear what is said in sessions. The leader reads and approves the final report before you receive it. The coach never discusses the leader with you when the leader is not there. The company pays, and the time asked of your colleague is one hour every two weeks, online, plus short practice on their own work.
The coach
Certified by Integral Coaching Canada and supervised every month by an independent coach supervisor. AI helps the coach prepare in the background; it never replaces the coach.
Care when you need it
Your coach watches for leaders who are struggling. A call a coach asks for out of concern is free.

Your work is the practice
Why our leadership development happens on the decisions, meetings and conversations already in your diary, not in a classroom, and what that looks like in a normal week.
