Executive one-to-one programme
Built on one real situation at work, like every Programme. Every meeting is with your coach, online.
- Opening session: 2 hours online with your coach, to understand you and the situation you want to work on
- Your programme: 2 hours online with your coach, who takes you through the programme designed for you
- Every two-week practice: a 1-hour online session with your coach
- Closing session: 1 hour online with your coach
- Email your coach twice a week between sessions
- No forms to fill in unless you want to, apart from one short feedback form
- An employer report if your company wants one
Leadership teamsTwo or more leaders from one company, developing together. Group programme.
For two or more leaders from one company who you want to develop together, usually bought by L&D or HR, or by the head of the team.
Group programme
For two or more leaders from your company whom you want to develop together. Each leader has their own Programme and reporting, and the group meets every month with a coach.

- Team calls aren't recorded and you receive nothing from them, so leaders can speak openly

A full coaching programme on one topic, paid upfront. A longer programme gives you more practices on the same topic.

Your company pays
Your L&D or HR team chooses the leaders and agrees their objectives with us. They receive each leader's objectives, the company goal each one supports and a report on progress. Leaders' own reflections stay private. We suggest starting with 2 or 3 leaders.
Programme with company reporting
One programme for each leader you put forward, built on that leader's real work and linked to your company objectives.
- Objectives agreed with your team, in your own leadership language
- A start page for each leader: objectives, the company goal each supports, and milestones
- An end-of-programme report showing progress on each milestone
- Every practice reviewed by a certified coach before it reaches the leader
- Invoiced to your company when the signed order form arrives, payable within 30 days

One-to-one call (45 min)
A 45-minute call between a leader and a certified coach, on the programme or a situation at work.

A 45-minute one-to-one call each month, for the length of a Programme.
Team call
A coach-led call for a group of leaders from one company. We ask everyone to keep what's said to themselves, calls aren't recorded, and employers see nothing from them.
Calls a coach asks for out of concern for a leader are free.
