How we use your details when you ask to book a conversation. Last updated 15 October 2026.
Who we are
Temprd Leadership is run by Telmo Carlos, Leadership Development Specialist. When you ask to book a conversation with us, we decide how your details are used, so under the GDPR we are the controller of your data. If you have any questions about your data, email info@temprdleadership.com.
This notice covers the “Book a conversation” form and the conversation that follows. If you later join a programme, a separate notice explains how we handle your programme data. If you sign up for our free webinar, the webinar privacy notice applies to that.
What we collect and why

You don’t have to share anything beyond your name, email and how you’re joining. We never sell your details, and we never share them with your employer. We don’t add you to a mailing list because you booked a conversation. We only send you marketing emails if you tell us you want them.
AI, and who sees your details
AI. We don’t use AI to profile you or to make decisions about you from your enquiry or anything you say in the conversation.
Who sees your details. Only the Temprd Leadership team. We also use these services, and they handle your details only on our instructions:

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to take a copy of them, or to object to how we use them. To do any of these, email info@temprdleadership.com and we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie, or to the data protection authority where you live.
We’ll post any changes to this notice on this page, with the date they were made.
