How we use your details when you sign up for one of our free webinars. Last updated 2026-10-22.
Who we are
Temprd Leadership runs a free monthly webinar series, “Steadier under pressure”, on Zoom at 05:30 PM Irish/UK time. Each webinar’s date and topic are on its own sign-up page, and sign-up is open for two webinars at a time. We decide how your details are used, so under the GDPR we are the controller of your data.
Temprd Leadership is a trading name of Telmo Carlos, Leadership Development Specialist. If you have any questions about your data, email info@temprdleadership.com.
This notice covers signing up for any of our webinars, attending it, the replay, and the emails that follow. If you sign up for more than one, we use your details for each one you signed up for. We send the reminders on the day before and one hour before the start, from our sign-up list, and we leave out anyone who has unsubscribed since signing up. If you later join a programme, a separate notice explains how we handle your programme data.

You don’t have to share anything beyond your name and email to attend. We never sell your details, and we never share them with your employer.
Recording and the replay
We record the webinar and publish a replay on YouTube. The recording shows the presenter and the slides. Attendees’ cameras and microphones stay off unless you choose to turn them on to ask a question. If you’d rather not be in the replay, type your question in the chat instead.
We never show attendees’ names, faces or chat messages in the replay. We read questions out without saying who asked them.
The live demo uses an example from Telmo's own past practice. It names no one else and no company.
AI, and who sees your details
AI. We don’t use AI to profile you or to make decisions about you from your sign-up details or anything you say in the webinar. Our programmes do use AI: it drafts each practice, and a certified coach reviews every one before it reaches the leader. The webinar explains how that works. If you join a programme later, you’ll be told in writing what the AI reads and what your employer can and cannot see before you fill in any form.
Who sees your details. Only the Temprd Leadership team. We also use these services to run the webinar, and they handle your details only on our instructions:

How long we keep it, and your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to take a copy of them, or to object to how we use them. Every email has a link to unsubscribe. To do any of these, email info@temprdleadership.com and we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie, or to the data protection authority where you live.
We’ll post any changes to this notice on this page, with the date they were made.
