How we use your details when you join the free live call “Bring a hard call”. Last updated 19 October 2026.
Who we are
Temprd Leadership runs this free live call on Zoom on Thursday 2026-10-29 at 12:30 PM Irish/UK time. We decide how your details are used, so under the GDPR we are the controller of your data.
Temprd Leadership is a trading name of Telmo Joao Macieira Pires da Palma Carlos, Leadership Development Specialist. If you have any questions about your data, email info@temprdleadership.com.
What we collect and why

You don’t have to share anything beyond your name and email to join. We never sell your details, and we never share them with your employer.
Nothing is recorded
We don’t record, transcribe or summarise the call, and Zoom’s AI features are switched off. We don’t take notes of what anyone says. Please don’t record the call yourself or bring an AI note-taker; we’ll remove any that join.
What you say on the call
You never have to say your decision out loud: you write it down privately and keep it. We ask everyone not to name other people or share confidential figures, and to keep what’s said on the call to themselves. We can’t promise that every attendee will, so please share only what you’d be comfortable having repeated.
This is not therapy
The call is a short coaching exercise. If you need support at any time:

AI, and who sees your details
AI. We don’t use AI on the call or on your sign-up details.
Who sees your details. Only the Temprd Leadership team. We also use these services, and they handle your details only on our instructions:

How long we keep it, and your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to take a copy of them, or to object to how we use them. Every email has a link to unsubscribe. To do any of these, email info@temprdleadership.com and we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie, or to the data protection authority where you live.
We’ll tell you before we change this notice, and post each change on this page with its date.
